We develop, produce, and finish each piece in our facility located in Campinas, SP. This ensures total control over quality, finish, performance, and durability — from the aluminum to the final assembly stage.
Warranty for Components:
Aluminum Structure: 5 (five) years
Marine Rope (factory-supplied): 1 (one) year
Tapestry (factory-made): 1 (one) year
Formica TS: 1 (one) year
Warranty Conditions:
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects identified in the components listed above, within the timeframe set for each item, starting from the delivery date.
They are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, falls, scratches, or improper use;
Inappropriate exposure to weather, such as heavy rain, continuous excessive sun, and salt fog without adequate protection, among others;
Incorrect or negligent maintenance, use of abrasive or incompatible cleaning products;
Interventions or modifications made by third parties without the manufacturer's authorization;
Natural wear and tear of materials due to continuous use.
Our standard turnaround time is up to 30 days, but it may vary depending on the quantity of parts, the complexity of the project, and the demand for production. Before confirming the order, we inform you of the exact timeframe so that you have complete predictability regarding delivery.

Our furniture is manufactured with an aluminum frame and electrostatic paint, ensuring lightness, durability and high durability in outdoor areas.
The finishes may vary depending on the model, using: nautical rope, sling fabric, synthetic fiber.
The tapestries are usually made with: D28 foam, Solaris fabric or Aquablock, both suitable for outdoor use
Some pieces also include details in Cumaru wood, adding elegance and naturalness to the design.
It is worth noting that certain models allow for material adjustments, according to the customer's design or needs.

To ensure the durability of the furniture and maintain the warranty validity, it is essential to follow the instructions for use and care provided with the product.
It is recommended:
Periodic cleaning with a soft cloth, water and neutral soap.
Avoid continuous and prolonged exposure to inclement weather whenever possible.
Collecting or protecting furniture during periods of heavy rain or during long absences.
Important note:
Never use cleaning chemicals, alcohol, strong detergents, degreasers (such as Veja) or any abrasive products. The use of these materials can damage the finish and compromise the warranty. Use only neutral soap.
